Shipping Cost
In Case of Door Delivery Orders, We Ship Via Best Courier Partner. Its Courier Cost are as below
- 1 Kg : 80 Rs
- 2 Kg : 130 Rs
- 3 Kg : 150 Rs
- Above 3 KG : Ranges from 40 Rs to 60 Rs per Kg
In Case of Bulk Orders , Transport is Prefered, Where Actual Charges to be Pay by Customer on Delivery from Transportor Godown. Its Cost are as under:
- upto 40 Kg : Ranges from 100 rs to 600 Rs
- above 40 kg : 15 Rs to 25 Rs per kg

Order Booking Process
- Purchase Order is Placed by you without Payment
- After Confirmation of Stock Availablity , You will be communicated to pay amount for order
- You Have to Send Payment Proofs within 1-2 Hours to get Required Ordered Stock or as per time Given to you
- Kavya Style Plus will be not be liable to pay any damages, if they cannot ship Products Order Due to Any Situation not in Control
- Order May not be booked , if Payment made after Few days or Time Given, You have to Confirm Before Paying.
Terms and Conditions
- Once Order Booked Cannot be Cancelled.
- No Amount will be refunded Once paid for Order, except if Stock is Not Available.
- Advance Paid For Cod Orders , will be not be refunded or used against any other order, if Parcel is rejected at time of delivery.
- Courier Charges To and Fro to be borne by buyer, if there is Return of COD orders to us or Prepaid Parcel due to any circumstance by which buyer is not able to take delivery due to wrong address or Buyer Rejection.
- You are Ordering Based on Your Knowledge of Product Quality or after getting known quality of same.
Shipping Policy
- Dispatch After 1-2 Days from date of Payment for Readystock Item
- Dispatch After 1-2 Days from Delivery Date of New Prebooked Products.
- Order will be Shipped together, If there is Combined Ordered of Readystock and New Products.
- Extra Charges Applicable, if you Want to be Shipped your Order in Different Parts or Dates or Different Address.
- Best Couirer Mode Selected by us.
- Goods sent via any mode are uninsured, You can ask us to Get it Insured, by paying Extra charge.
Delivery Acceptance Terms
- Don't Accept Parcel if You Found open or damaged.
- Parcel Will Sent with Brown Tape Named KS Group.
- If You Found any other Tape, Don't Accept Parcel.
- Parcel Sent to you is Un-Insured, You can get it Transit Insured at extra charges.
- We Select Best Courier for Safe Delivery, So till now Insurance is not taken by anyone.
Returns and Refund Policy
The product which we sell we believe that is at the best price and good quality the customer can get the product. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Return and Refund policy:
- No Return for Unsold Items Left With You.
- Please make video while opening the package.
- If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at kavyastyleplus@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8758538270 , along with couple of pictures of defected or wrong product with opening video within 24 Hours of delivery.
- Returns Only in Case of Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered within 3 days of Delivery of Order.
- Refund or Replacement Processed within 10 Days to 1 Month of Receipt of Returns, based on Product to Product.
- Because of quality issue we can't take back so please about quality ask on given WhatsApp number after taking our staff confirmation you place the order.
- No Returns in case of Some Selected Brands Cotton Suits damaged Below 400 Rs.
- In 0.01% cases, Some Brand may not accept return even in case of damage, after taking into consideration certain Condition in respect of Product, So Kavya style plus will not be liable to any damages in such cases.
- Courier Cost Of Returns: To be borne By Buyer.
- Courier Cost for Sending Replacement : We Will Make it Free.
